icon About

"Two of my passions are children and Christian Education. I believe that Christian Education, while being Christ-centered, should provide excellence in academics and should enhance the individual gifts and abilities God has placed within each child.

Discovering each child's learning style and individuality, and then educating him or her accordingly is exciting work. It is an extraordinary privilege and responsibility to equip children for the future."

our history

Chapel Hill Christian School was begun by The Church at Chapel Hill in August of 2007 as a Kindergarten and Pre-School. In 2009 the school grew and became an Elementary School, K-3 through Second Grade, and received full accreditation for both the Pre-Kindergarten Program and the Elementary School from Georgia Accrediting Commission (GAC) CHCS has added one grade per year and plans to add fifth grade by the 2012-13 school year.

The CHCS facility is within the Church at Chapel Hill and offers a beautiful, spacious environment for learning.

We believe that excellence honors God, and therefore we partner with families in the education of their children providing excellent academics and training in Christian values and character. We teach from a Christian worldview, that God is the creator and designer of our universe, that He has designed each child with a unique set of talents and abilities and that He has a wonderful purpose, a destiny, for each life.

At Chapel Hill Christian School, we work in concert with the Church’s mission to “Worship the Lord, Reach all people, and Equip to Serve”. Our goal is to educate the whole child and equip each child for success.
